Thorlak Skifte

My name is Thorlak Skifte Nielsen 41 years. Born and raised in Maniitsoq, Greenland. As many others in Greenland, I’m part Greenlandic and Danish. I’m living and running my adventure company Two Ravens Aps in Nuuk, The capitol of Greenland. We provide guiding and adventures for the adventures people. All from 1 day to several day trips, to spring skiing camps in the fiord. Heliskiing/ski touring, along the coast and a lot of other nature-based activities. I’m blessed with a girlfriend and a beautiful daughter. While growing up I have lived in several different towns along the Greenlandic Westcoast. In my teens I lived in Uummannaq. Where I ended up with my own dog team and did a lot of dogsledding for some years with the local hunters/fishermen.

I truly live and breathe for the outdoor life, sailing, hiking, hunting, ski touring.  And try to spend as much time as possible out in nature. As a person I see myself as calm, easygoing, adventures, solution orientate, curious, sharing, caring, aware, mentally strong, strong when the long haul is necessary. Love a good laugh and a beer around the campfire.
